Sales Support & Order Fulfillment Specialist

SYS-MAC AUTOMATION ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to assist with customer needs, prepare quotations, and manage sales documentation. The role involves processing orders, coordinating with SCM for BP data, and ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.

Strong MS Office and communication skills are essential. The candidate should have an ITE or Diploma (prefer Mechanical) with 3–5 years of relevant experience and be comfortable handling multiple tasks from quotes to
