Sales Support Executive

Multi Location : Rajkot, Gandhidham, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Pune, Ludhiana, Delhi , Mumbai JOB SUMMARY Job Scope: Responsible for all administrative and coordination support tasks for the Commercial team. This role is the central hub for all sales data management, documentation , and internal coordination. Key Purpose: To be the Engine Room of the sales team, responsible for increasing the Selling Time for the Sale (GC & Indoor) teams by handling CRM data integrity, documentation, and various coordination tasks with speed and absolute accuracy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Quotation & Proposal Preparation: Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents as requested by the Sale team. CRM & Data Integrity Management: Take full ownership of CRM data entry and maintenance. Actively update and maintain all customer information, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system based on input from the GC and Indoor sales teams.
