Overview:
The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of customer orders while serving as a key link between customers, Sales, Production, Logistics, and Transportation teams. This role plays a critical part in maintaining service levels, resolving order-related issues, managing order modifications, and supporting day-to-day business operations.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Process customer orders accurately and timely through company systems.
- Review incoming orders to validate pricing, quantities, product specifications, and availability.
- Manage order changes, modifications, substitutions, and updates requested by customers or internal teams.
