We are seeking experienced Customer Service Supervisors for a full‑time, on‑site position at one of our contact center locations.
Position Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Supervisor you will manage the day‑to‑day performance and development of a team of 15–20 inbound agents. You will drive results, improve processes, and maintain a high standard of service and sales performance while working closely with the Call Center Operations Manager to align with company policies and goals.
