Sales Staff

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to determine their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about products, features, and benefits.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing items, offering recommendations when needed.
• Handle transactions, including cash, card payments, and returns, using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Monitor stock levels and restock shelves as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
