Job Description

What You'll Do
Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to parent leads
Pitch our programs and handle questions confidently
Book free demo / trial sessions for interested parents
Follow up with every booked lead to confirm attendance — no ghost demos
Reschedule no-shows and maintain a demo show-up rate above 70%
Log all call outcomes in the CRM the same day
You're a Fit If You
Have 2–3 years in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer service
Are fluent in English + one regional language
Are comfortable making back-to-back calls all day and still sound warm
Take ownership: if a demo is booked, you own it until the parent shows up
Should have worked in Edtech
You'll Be Measured On
Daily calls: 80–120 minimum
Lead-to-demo booking rate: ≥ 25%
Demo show-up / completion rate: ≥ 70%
Same-day CRM updates: 100%
