Main Role

As our Sales & Services Manager, you will lead the store’s sales and customer service experience, ensuring every client receives a warm, personalized, and elevated Crate & Barrel journey. You will drive sales growth, attract new customers, and guide the team in delivering meaningful customer engagement through consultative selling, product storytelling, and excellent service.
