Willems Biscuits is specialized in private label brands with a focus on Speculoos, Spread, Waffles & Pastries internationally. The Sales Services team is responsible for the commercial & financial support within our sales department focused both on retail and B2B/OOH customers.
You lead, build and coach a team of 7 customer service and sales assistants. You will provide the necessary structure in their way of working and ensure high-quality administrative follow-up and optimal service delivery. You also support the team by taking on some of the more complex clients yourself.You focus on continuous optimization of processes within the sales department.
