**Industry: Pulp Broker / Supply Chain Management****Location: MEXICO CITY**This position plays a major role in selling the image of CellMark.With an objective to streamline the sales experience through support functions and is responsible for the following:- Logistics: Coordination with suppliers, freight forwarder, carriers, warehouses, truckers and railroad to ensure on-time domestic & export shipments and inventory tracking.
- Customer Service: Management and coordination of orders including order entry in local IT system, vendor/customer communication, scheduling and following up on shipments, timely and accurate presentation of documents, accounts payment collection management.
- Sales Support.Managing customer accounts to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Providing support to Traders in all aspects of selling and business development.
- Troubleshooting problems.
