• Coach client contacts to champion our products; secure internal buy-in for customer needs.

• CRM upkeep; regular & ad-hoc performance reports; maintain shared knowledge base.

• Attend new and existing client meetings; ad-hoc tasks.
• Become trusted advisor by mastering regional products, client systems, and pain points; win internal support.
