Peter Khouri advises occupiers and landlords on office leasing and data center real estate from CBRE's Toronto Downtown office. As a member of CBRE's Data Center Practice Group, he supports clients across the digital infrastructure spectrum - from enterprise colocation users to hyperscalers and developers - pairing local market knowledge with the global capabilities of CBRE's Data Center Solutions platform.
On the office side, Peter primarily focuses on tenant representation, helping occupiers structure transactions that align real estate strategy with broader business objectives.
Prior to joining CBRE, Peter spent over 4 years consulting in the energy industry with a focus on AI and data initiatives. His background maps directly onto today's data center market, where AI workloads are driving demand and power infrastructure is shaping supply.
