Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to members of AAP and other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about products or services, processing orders and handling complaints.
- Maintain relationships with current customers by providing them with product information and promotional offers.
- Adhere to and meet set schedules, deadlines and quotas.
- Accurately and efficiently encode all data; confirmed that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation/ requirement/s.
- Perform administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones & scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform any other office tasks as assigned by the AAP Main Membership Manager.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree (4-year course).
- Preferably with sales or customer service-related experience.
