Job Description
Responsible to manage key contracted clients in Mexico and other Latin American countries, handling a variety of tasks for UDX portfolio. Provide clients with sales reports and analytics, contracts and amendments in current contracts, finance dept. liaise regarding payment flows and approvals, budget decision to invest within accounts in sales activities and a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calls and emails, scheduling appointments and planning meetings.
Work aligned with Marketing team regarding all B2B strategies related to your accounts, such as product placement/exposure, coop marketing campaigns and collateral material.
Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in CRM software (Salesforce) involved in the sales process.
