Sales Representative - Custom Swimming Pools

We design and build stunning custom in-ground pools that turn backyards into private resorts. We looking for a driven, personable Sales Representative to uoin our team and help local homeowners bring their dream pools to life.

What you will do

Meet with inbound leads (no cold calling) to assess project needs and present design + budget options.

Educate customers on the pool construction process, timelines, and design choices.

Create and deliver estimates and proposals.

Maintain communication with clients throughout the sales process.

Manage pipeline and track follow-up.

Attend occasional trade shows, events or local marketing efforts.

What We're looking for

Proven background in sales (construction/home improvement a major plus.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with strong organizational habits.
