Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales & Rental team and Principal Agent.
  • Manage rental and sales administration, including leases, reports, and client records.
  • Capture leases and reconcile payments on PayProp.
  • Assist with invoices, payment requests, and rental finance administration.
  • Track rental and sales leads, listings, and transactions.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and service providers.
  • Assist with tenant applications, lease agreements, and property inspections.
  • Prepare reports and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Support business initiatives, marketing activities, and process improvements.
