Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Salon Visits & Client Engagement:
- Visit hair salons regularly to identify potential clients and build strong relationships with salon owners and stylists.
- Approach and introduce professional hair care products to salon owners, explaining key benefits and differentiators.
- Product Demonstration & Promotion:
- Demonstrate product usage techniques, including application, benefits, and outcomes.
- Provide hands‑on trials, samples, and product education to encourage adoption and sales.
- Sales Execution & Follow‑Up:
- Secure sales orders and meet individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct follow‑up visits to ensure customer satisfaction, replenish stock, and introduce new products or promotions.
