Job Description
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on building rapport, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal presentation and active listening in a multicultural environment.
- Proven Sales and Sales Promotion skills, with experience meeting or exceeding targets in a similar field or retail/hospitality setting.
- Comfort with basic Operating Systems and digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, tablets, mobile apps) for lead capture and reporting.
- High level of professionalism, personal presentation, and reliability in front-facing roles.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, with flexibility for shifts, weekends, and peak business hours as required.
- Previous experience in facilities services, cleaning, hospitality, or luxury brands is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and arabic additional languages commonly used in Dubai are a plus.
