Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and customer engagement
- Manage the full RFQ process, including BOM review, quotation preparation, pricing analysis, negotiation, and deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and repeat business
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal cross-functional teams
- Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and service quality
- Monitor program progress to ensure timelines, costs and deliverables are met
- Proactively identify risks, supply constraints, operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues related to delivery and commercial impact
