The Sales Professional within our stores is primarily responsible for selling merchandise and positively impacting the customer’s experience through all aspects of customer service. Developing customer relationships and exceeding sales is foremost in the Sales Professionals’ skill set.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Creates a comfortable atmosphere by greeting and receiving customers in a welcoming manner.
• Determines customers’ needs, responds to questions
• Cultivates new and existing customer relationships; establishes their trust.
