Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, client management, or business development
- Background in a regulated or technology-enabled services environment is an advantage
- Demonstrated capability in acquiring new business and managing external partnerships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Performance-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in dynamic environments
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Open to assignment in a provincial location - Zamboanga
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned performance targets
- Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts within the assigned area
