The Sales Order Specialist (SOS) is part of the Order Services team, supporting the sales organization in preparing and validating license and support deals. The SOS helps sales manage the opportunity‑to‑invoice process and submits a valid order to the Order Service Coordinator team for processing. As a single point of contact, the SOS facilitates deal closing within the BMC ecosystem.
