Who we're looking for

We are seeking a creative, engaged person to support internal process improvements aimed at scaling the Partner Sales team. This position is full-time, but offers to accommodate class schedules and life.

What you'll be doing

• Support Partner Sales Efforts: help the sales team in developing and implementing strategies to expand Zendesk's partner network.
• Relationship Management: build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with strategic partners; assist in providing ongoing support and addressing partner needs.
• Monitor Partners' Performance: monitor and report on partners' sales performance and provide feedback to management.
• Collaborative Sales Planning: assist in creating sales plans with partners to meet shared objectives.
• Market Analysis: support market analysis activities to understand the competitive landscape and identify potential partner opportunities.
