Sales Operations Officer

We are looking for experienced Sales Professionals with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, along with 4-5 years of experience in a sales operations or support role within the Dairy or FMCG industry.

This position is responsible for:

• Processing customer orders accurately and ensuring timely booking.
• Generating and maintaining sales performance and operational reports (Excel-based).
• Coordinating with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Production) to ensure order fulfillment.
• Managing and updating sales data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Supporting the sales team with data analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Having a solid understanding of sales processes and order management systems.
• Gaining hands-on experience with ERP and CRM tools.
• Demonstrating proficiency in Excel and other reporting formats.
