About the role:
We're hiring on behalf of an established European fintech opening a new Madrid hub, as part of a broader expansion across the continent. Our client moved to Salesforce 3-4 months ago and needs someone to take it from day-one implementation to a platform that actively drives pipeline and revenue. This is not a ticket-fixing role. It's a strategic one.
What you'll work on:
- Own Salesforce as the system of record across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships, working alongside a qualified admin who handles configuration and build
- Manage and prioritise a structured backlog of improvements aligned to business OKRs, pushing back where needed
- Redesign processes that were built to mirror the old CRM rather than optimised from scratch
- Own data governance, data quality, and the underlying data structures across revenue systems
