Sales & Operations Administrator (ISP) (CPT)

ENVIRONMENT:

A dynamic Internet Service Provider is looking for a trustworthy and hands-on Sales & Operations Administrator to provide oversight and support daily activities of its growing internal Sales and Operations team. This role combines sales leadership, customer service, operational coordination, and ISP product knowledge across fibre, internet, VoIP, and web hosting services. You will manage staff scheduling, including site visits, maintenance coordination, and operational coverage, manage billing/ account queries, and customer service escalations while driving sales across ISP products. The successful candidate must have Grade 12/Matric, suitable experience and a solid understanding of ISP products and service delivery processes and a strong background in sales and customer service.
