Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact and support for Sales Force Automation (SFA) system issues, user queries, and system enhancements.
- Conduct SFA training sessions for new and existing sales team members to ensure optimal system usage.
- Liaise with external vendors, IT team, and operations to address system issues and meet support timelines.
- Lead and manage Trade Audit processes to ensure field execution compliance and data integrity.
