Sales Onboarding & Enablement Specialist

Motive Technologies, Inc. is seeking Role Readiness Specialists to deliver onboarding content for new sales teammates and help drive the ramp to quota. You will run training sessions, develop engaging enablement materials, and coordinate with program leadership to keep curricula fresh and impactful.

Ideal candidates have experience building onboarding programs that guide hires from offer to first quota, with strong presentation skills and collaboration across sales, product, and operations.
