Sales Negotiator Residential Property Location: Leeds Salary: £28,000 basic + OTE £35,000£40,000 Hours: Full-time, office-based The Opportunity This is not a slow, traditional estate agency role. This is a fast-paced, high-volume, high-performing sales environment where deals move quickly, expectations are high, and results are rewarded. Youll be joining an ambitious team with strong stock levels, active buyers, and a business that genuinely values pace, energy and performance. The Role Youll take ownership of the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion working with motivated buyers and sellers in a target-driven environment.
