Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, enable, and manage channel partners to drive Hillstone's business growth across the assigned territory.
- Lead partner enablement initiatives to enhance partners' sales, technical, and service capabilities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute partner programs, joint campaigns, and co‑branded initiatives.
- Conduct regular business and performance reviews; drive account planning and coordinate cross‑functional resources (executive sponsors, marketing, technical, professional services, etc.) to achieve sales targets.
- Review and support partners' sales pipeline, helping them secure internal support and close deals effectively.
- Represent Hillstone at key industry and partner events, contributing to the development of Hillstone's cybersecurity brand and market presence.
