Job Description
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement monthly and quarterly sales plans for Zylo and Zleep
- Set revenue goals and performance metrics for the sales team
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor movements to identify opportunities
- Oversee retail and e-commerce sales operations across all active branches and online channels
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team (in-store, online, and regional)
- Conduct regular sales meetings and product knowledge sessions
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service departments to align campaigns and promotions
Client & Lead Management
- Ensure all customer inquiries from social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) are promptly and properly responded to by the assigned sales representatives
