Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Marine & Offshore industry
- Conduct regular outdoor sales visits, vessel visits, and customer meetings
- Build strong working relationships with existing and potential customers
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and follow up on customer enquiries
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives
- Promote company products, services, and value-added solutions to customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing movements
- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance departments to support customer requirements
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, deliveries, customer feedback, and service issues
