Job Description
Business Development
- Drive business development initiatives for Green Technology portfolio across marine, offshore, and land-based sectors.
- Analyze market conditions to identify opportunities and develop decarbonization solutions, aligned with regulatory frameworks such as IMO CII requirements.
- Develop strong technical and commercial understanding of retrofit engineering processes, including Ballast Water Treatment Systems (BWTS) across multiple OEMs, Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems (Scrubbers), Integrated retrofit and turnkey project execution, and Energy-saving solutions and vessel performance optimization technologies.
- Promote and deliver end-to-end solutions, including engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
- Expand the Green Department's footprint by identifying and pursuing local and international growth opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and profit margin objectives.
