Job Responsibilities

  1. Sales Target Management : Responsible for breaking down and achieving regional sales targets, collection indicators, and customer development goals to ensure the delivery of performance objectives.
  2. Strategy & Planning Formulation : Develop targeted market strategies, sales strategies, and annual/quarterly sales plans based on regional market characteristics to drive business growth.
  3. Customer Relationship Management & Expansion : Conduct visits, receptions, and long-term relationship maintenance with key accounts and partner organizations in the region. Deeply explore customer needs, advance project cooperation, and achieve continuous business expansion.
  4. Team Business Guidance : Provide business guidance to team members, share industry experience and sales skills, and help improve the overall team capabilities and goal achievement.
