Sales Manager, RV Canada

Overview

The Sales Manager (SM) is responsible for profitability, performance results, and customer satisfaction in all the sales department of the RV dealership. The SM shapes the sales environment, sets the strategy, builds local customers’ trust and loyalty, and oversees all day-to-day sales related operations. Success in this role requires understanding the local RV market, managing sales personnel, sales, and creating a culture where all staff deliver the best customer service.
