Job Description
Overall objective of the position
- Business development.
- Manage key accounts.
- Grow sales for the hotel portfolio in the luxury segment.
- Develop and execute the hotel’s sales strategies (offline and online) for the achievement of the set targets.
Core work responsibilities
- Analysis of the current customer account base and prospecting of potential target markets for the hotel.
- Propose strategies and tactics in order to maximise the volume of business needed for the properties.
- Co-ordination of pricing strategy and offers with the Revenue department.
- Handling of the budget items assigned to your responsibility.
- Participate as required in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Developing promotional materials to attract business in your markets.
- Communicating effectively to the database with promotions and product and/or operational updates.
