Job Description

Overall objective of the position

  • Business development.
  • Manage key accounts.
  • Grow sales for the hotel portfolio in the luxury segment.
  • Develop and execute the hotel’s sales strategies (offline and online) for the achievement of the set targets.

Core work responsibilities

  • Analysis of the current customer account base and prospecting of potential target markets for the hotel.
  • Propose strategies and tactics in order to maximise the volume of business needed for the properties.
  • Co-ordination of pricing strategy and offers with the Revenue department.
  • Handling of the budget items assigned to your responsibility.
  • Participate as required in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
