Job Description
Responsibilities
- Technical know-how with a keen eye for sales.
- Sales of spare parts for two‑ and four‑stroke engines for the marine industry.
- Ensure support to agreed sales budgets for assigned customers in the region.
- Follow up on agreed IGC plans.
- Apply a value‑based selling approach on all large quotes, bulk orders and solutions.
- Overall responsible for closing orders and meeting sales budgets.
- Build and maintain optimal relations with customers, IGCs and PC stakeholders.
- Develop and implement marketing plans.
- Oversee the sales budget.
- Coordinate regionally between customers, IGCs and headquarters.
- Collect and communicate market intelligence, competitor activities and project opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university, or a degree in engineering or business.
- MBA is an advantage.
