Job Title: Sales Manager - Premium London Catering Company

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus
Are you passionate about food & events and would like the chance to work with some of the most beautiful London venues? This premium London catering company are looking for a motivated Sales Manager with excellent people skills to join their team.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings 
Manage the sales team to achieve their targets
Effectively communicate function details and client requirements to operations team.
Maintain & build new relationships with venues
Organise client meetings & tastings

EXPERIENCE:

Experience within a similar company environment in a comparable focus
Excellent knowledge of food and event hospitality 
Proven track sales record
