Job Description
• Own and build your own pipeline from scratch - outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, referrals and partnerships.
• Run the full sales cycle end to end: qualification, product demos, proposals, pricing, negotiation and closing.
• Sell across segments - close SMB deals at velocity while progressing complex enterprise opportunities with multiple decision-makers (ops, IT, procurement, finance).
• Develop deep understanding of the logistics/fleet buyer and connect Traqo's value to their real pains - cost, visibility, compliance and efficiency.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in the CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
As a Leader (next 6-12 months)• Define the repeatable sales playbook, ICP and messaging based on what you have proven in the field.
