Job Summary
Responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets for Personal Financing (PF) products within RHB Bank Berhad, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve PF sales objectives and targets.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
