Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximize sales and achieve target & business KPIs
Sales Management
- Establish and ensure sales targets are met by all staffs
- Personally solicit and drive sales to ensure team overall objectives/sales are maximized
- Motivate, guide and coach sales staff
- Jointly develop and plan for marketing and sales campaigns
- Leverage on community relationships to maximize sales
- Develop and maintain a network of local business contacts
Compliance
- Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank
- Oversight on code of ethics of ASM/SC PF of sales process and activities
Staff Management
- Jointly plan for recruitment and retention of sales personnel
