Overview

Responsibilities

  • Organize the daily life of sales teams: production time, administrative tasks, team meetings, individual check‑ins, and monthly reviews.
  • Manage sales processes and tools, ensuring correct use of all sales tools.
  • Optimize commercial processes.
  • Assign leads to team members according to criteria established with the Sales Efficiency Manager.

Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of commercial experience.
  • Proficiency in English and French; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience managing sales teams in a fast‑paced environment.
