Job Description
Overview

Responsibilities
- Organize the daily life of sales teams: production time, administrative tasks, team meetings, individual check‑ins, and monthly reviews.
- Manage sales processes and tools, ensuring correct use of all sales tools.
- Optimize commercial processes.
- Assign leads to team members according to criteria established with the Sales Efficiency Manager.
Qualifications
- More than 5 years of commercial experience.
- Proficiency in English and French; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Experience managing sales teams in a fast‑paced environment.
