Sales Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee our condominium sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound leads, supervising the sales team, improving conversion rates, ensuring timely client follow-ups, and driving unit sales performance.

The role will focus on maximizing the effectiveness of company-generated leads and ensuring that all prospects receive professional and consistent service throughout the sales process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and monitor leads and inquiries of Alpina Heights
• Source for possible clients and ensure to maintain a good and healthy relationship with them.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, housing loans, legal requirements and related matters.
• Willing to take video selfies, reels, social media stories, property videos in various social media accounts specially in Tiktok, Instagram and o...
