Internal Sales & Customer Services Manager
The Role: Lead and develop a team of internal sales and customer service professionals, ensuring excellent service for B2B customers while driving sales performance and operational efficiency. You'll coach the team, monitor performance and work closely with other departments to deliver a first-class customer experience.
