Motivate is looking for an experienced ambitious sales professional based in Dubai with a passion for content. The person will be responsible for developing and growing revenue market share and profitability goals while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Driving new business (Content Creation for clients in the GCC).
• Managing the sales activity across our portfolio to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Generating revenue from creation and sale of compelling advertising and sponsorship deals.
• Constantly seeking out new revenue-generating opportunities to ensure that targets are met.
• Developing strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Account management of existing clients.
