Red Hat MENA is seeking an experienced Sales Leader based in Dubai UAE to lead and scale our enterprise software business across multiple countries in the Middle East region.
This role carries full ownership of a significant multi-country bookings target and is accountable for building and leading a high-performance sales organization. The successful candidate will drive predictable growth ensure forecast accuracy maintain strong pipeline health and personally sponsor the regions most strategic and complex deals while developing executive-level customer and partner relationships.
