To further ensure and grow our sales department in LATAM, we are currently looking for a Sales Manager. As the Sales Manager you will lead a team of Territory Account Executives for the portfolio of NSF's Service offerings and ensuring sales goals and quotas are met.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Territory Account Executives for the Food & Nutrition and Food Service business units
  • Sales goal is the cumulative sales target for the team
  • Responsible for sales leadership, people development, sales enablement, organizational excellence for all Territory Account Managers
  • Provide direction & leadership, training, development, and mentoring to the Sales team
  • Assist in the growth of employees through training and career development activities
  • Recruit new team members as necessary
