- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
- Manage customer demand and order fulfillment, including forecast analysis, order management, and on-time delivery coordination.
- Oversee logistics and supply chain operations by coordinating shipments, monitoring stock levels, and improving logistics flows between LEONI and customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring rapid resolution of operational, logistics, and customs-related issues.
- Monitor commercial performance, including order analysis, invoicing, payment tracking, and customer service performance.
- Coordinate customer quality topics, supporting complaint management and ensuring effective communication between customers and internal quality teams.
