The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team to promote EFU Life’s insurance and Takaful products within Hyderabad City Tehsil. This full-time, on-site role involves setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and mentoring to team members. The Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and coordinate sales campaigns and marketing initiatives. Daily activities include conducting client meetings, delivering product presentations, preparing proposals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves regular reporting on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity to support strategic decision‑making.
