Responsibilities
- Manage and grow distribution channel partners to achieve annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and distribution channels.
- Drive new customer acquisition while maintaining and expanding key accounts.
- Execute sales strategies aligned with market growth opportunities.
- Support distributors through training, lead generation, and sales processes.
- Conduct regular business reviews and maintain accurate CRM and reporting.
- Build strong relationships across all levels within the partner network.
- Act as a strategic advisor to distributors on sales and marketing initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in industrial or B2B sales.
