Responsibilities

• Developing new business opportunities to contribute to increasing air consolidation volumes across key trade lanes, supporting the achievement of sales and revenue targets.
• Managing the Sales and Customer Service Teams.
• Monitoring/upgrading credit limits for existing and new clients.
• Meeting sales targets in terms of revenue and volume.
• Developing and implementing sales strategy to grow revenue.
• Identifying and targeting prospective new customers.
• Resolving customer-related issues through collaboration with local management team.
• Maintaining the GAC Sales electronic information database for prospective and current customers within territory.
